IntelliTrack 2026 Sprint 26.5–26.6 Release Notes ​

Released: April 23, 2026

Sprint release with new features, improvements, and fixes for the general platform and the IT Assets and Fixed Assets bundles.

General Platform ​

Fixed ​

  • The Assets list is no longer "blanked out" when the User accesses the Maintenance and Calibration > Calibration Due > Past Due bar chart.

New Features ​

MDM Enhancements ​

  • A new Asset MDM Details report, seen below, can now be found on the Insights page. This report enables Users to capture additional MDM device details, which can be selected via the Manage Columns option.

These additional fields can also be seen on the View Asset > Device Details page. This page also displays the Last Updated sync information and allows the User to perform a sync by clicking on the icon found to the right of the date and time, as highlighted below.

  • To ensure that devices sent to the Manufacturer's Repair Depot are not deemed to be No Fault Found (NFF), the User must now confirm that an attempt to resolve any issues with the device have been executed prior to creating the RMA.

    This confirmation prompt, as seen below, displays recommendations on resolving issues. It then provides the User with the opportunity to:

    • Click on Support Request to launch a new window where the request form can be completed.
    • Click on Confirm to launch the Create RMA form.
    • Click on Cancel to return the User to the previous page.

Improvements ​

  • The Enable Rapid Enroll and Disable Rapid Enable options found under Actions on the View Asset page, as well as under Bulk Changes, are now properly stamped as a Transaction on the Asset History page.

Fixed Assets Bundle ​

Improvements ​

  • Enhancements have been incorporated into the Asset Movement report, to include:
    • Removal of the Search bar, thereby preventing Timeout errors for large data sets.
    • Ability to Sort on all columns, except for the Site and Location columns.
    • Ability to Filter on Item Groups.
    • Addition of a Timeout message to notify the user when a function fails.
