Which web browsers are supported? ​

IntelliTrack supports the latest version of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

What does IntelliTrack integrate with? ​

IntelliTrack IT Asset Service has built in integrations with Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, and Versatile Mobile Systems RMA platforms, Honeywell Operational Intelligence, SOTI MobiControl, and Pacejet to provide an array of information powering actionable insights.

How do I integrate my other systems with IntelliTrack? ​

IntelliTrack provides open APIs (RESTful web services) that allow your developers to access your data and build integrations to other systems and applications in your environment. Barcoding can also provide professional services to assist with your integrations; contact your Account Manager for more information.

What is involved with the onboarding process? ​

Upon purchase of the IntelliTrack solution, a Barcoding implementation engineer will set up your starting environment, assist you in importing any required data, train you on the system and ensure that you are positioned to successfully and effectively start using the solution.
